 To celebrate the 2026 Semiquincentennial, the U.S. Mint is releasing five new quarters, including the Mayflower Compact quarter. This coin honors the Plymouth colony and the Compact as an early influence on the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. The 100-coin bags contain circulating-quality coins from the Philadelphia Mint. 

The obverse shows two Pilgrims embracing the New World, symbolizing the founding principles and history of the nation, with inscriptions “E PLURIBUS UNUM,” “1776 ~ 2026,” and “IN GOD WE TRUST.” The reverse depicts the Mayflower sailing west over rough seas, with inscriptions including “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “LIBERTY,” “MAYFLOWER COMPACT,” and “25¢.”
