The U.S. Mint American Innovation $1 Coin Program honors innovation and innovators with $1 coins from each state and U.S. territories. These coins are minted at the Philadelphia and Denver Mints. The Florida coin is the third release of 2025.

The reverse design features a NASA space shuttle lifting off from Kennedy Space Center with stars in the background. Inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and “FLORIDA.”

The obverse shows the Statue of Liberty with “IN GOD WE TRUST,” “$1,” and a gear privy mark symbolizing industry and innovation.
