The Comic Art Coin and Medal Program commemorates comic art as an American art form and recognises Super Heroes that reflect aspects of American culture and values. This silver medal features depictions of Superman™ and his alter ego, Clark Kent™, intended to symbolise hope and strength. The images are rendered in fine silver with a matte finish, representing both the Superhero and his secret identity in accordance with themes of truth, justice, and bravery.

Obverse: Superman™ is depicted flying above his family farm. The sun is included as both an element nurturing the farmland and as a source for his abilities. The design references Martha and Jonathan Kent—his adoptive parents—whose influence contributed to the character’s development. Inscriptions include “LIBERTY” and “2025.”

Reverse: The reverse examines the duality present in Superman’s™ story, showing Clark Kent™ as a young adult observing a plane overhead, conveying self-awareness and reflection. His father, Pa Kent, appears in the distance. Inscriptions include “SUPERMAN” and “HOPE AND STRENGTH.”
